At Yonemori Hospital, emergency phone consultations with a trained paramedic are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please call if you are concerned about your symptoms ( such as abdominal pain, headaches, chest pain, etc.) or if you are unsure about whether or not you should visit the hospital.

Appointments
Appointments are required for first-time visitors to the following outpatient clinics:
- Outpatient pre-natal fetal diagnostics
- Outpatient genetic counseling

Medical Examinations: a Brief Outline

STEP 1Reception
Please visit Yojiro Yonemori Clinic or Yonemori Hospital according to the department you wish to visit. A concierge will guide you to the reception desk upon arrival. (If you are not sure about which facility to visit, please visit Yojiro Yonemori Clinic first).
Fill out the first-time patient registration form and submit this to the receptionist along with your health insurance card and any referrrals from other medical institutions. We will give you a patient registration card
※We ask for your cooperation in slowing the spread of CoVID-19 by measuring your body temperature, answering questions about your physical health, and sanitizing your hands. -
STEP 2Medical questionnaire
A member of our staff (a medical clerk) will go through a medical questionnaire with you and guide you to the appropriate department.
You may be asked to wait in the waiting area until it is time for your medical examination. -
STEP 3Medical examination, testing, and treatment
You will have a medical examination in the appropriate department. Depending on your medical condition, you may be tested and examined immediately after your consultation, or you may be informed of test results and treated on another day.
※We will let you know which facility to go to for your next visit (Yojiro Yonemori Clinic or Yonemori Hospital) according to your medical examination and test results.
※The order in which you receive your examination or testing may change depending on the availability of a diagnosis or testing. -
STEP 4Payment
Please pay for your visit at the automatic payment machine or at the payment desk.
